Local wisdom is the knowledge of the provincial gained through their experience and initiation as well as those one that has been passed down from generation to generation. During the transition, the knowledge has been adjusted, adapted, changed and developed. Although something might be lost, new knowledge is acquired in accordance with the era. It can also be said that local wisdom is the use of local wisdom or knowledge to develop local community, resulting in the new set of knowledge (Chuaybamrung, 2011 : 40).
